Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Exploration
Morning: Pickup from Godkhali, Canning (Auto/Magic), or Kolkata (Car). Breakfast will be arranged in the vehicle, but only on the way from Kolkata.
Late Morning: Visit Rabindranath Tagore's Bungalow and Hamilton Saheb's Bungalow at Gosaba Market.
Lunch: On the boat, followed by check-in at the hotel. After resting for 2 hours:
Afternoon: Head out for a boat ride to Pakhir Jungle to spot local wildlife.
Evening: Enjoy snacks while watching a local folk dance performance.
Dinner: At the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-Day Jungle Safari
Morning: Early bed tea, followed by a full-day cruise through the Sundarbans National Park. Visit Burir Dabri Watchtower—an offbeat location where tiger sightings and pugmarks are often spotted.
Lunch: Served on the boat.
Afternoon: Visit Harikhali Watchtower, where you’ll see the confluence of five rivers and possibly crocodiles. Harikhali is also home to deer, big cats, and various bird species.
Dinner: At the hotel after a day full of exploration.
Day 3: Wildlife & Watchtowers
Morning: Bed tea and early departure for a boat ride to Sudhanyakhali Watchtower, known for frequent tiger sightings. There is also a freshwater pond where animals come to drink.
Lunch: On the boat.
Afternoon: Visit Do-Banki Watchtower, famous for its canopy walk—a safe way to observe wildlife from a height. Explore more of the mangrove forest and the Spotted Deer Rehabilitation Center.
After lunch enjoy some time in the Bird Forest (পাখির জঙ্গল) before returning to the hotel.
Evening: Return to the hotel.
Day 4: Farewell
Morning: Village walk followed by breakfast.
Late Morning: Check out of the hotel and enjoy a final lunch on the boat.
Afternoon: 12:00 pm Drop off at Godkhali Jetty and return to Kolkata.
